What does the 1% platform fee mean?

On the free plan, TrackYourShelves charges a 1% platform fee on card sales. That is our fee on top of your own payment processor's fee — you bring your Stripe account, and we do not process cards or make card processing itself cheaper. The platform fee drops to 0.5%, then 0.25%, then 0% as you move up to paid plans.

What are the limits on the free plan?

Commercial Free is capped at 1 location, 1 POS terminal, 3 cashier PINs, and 100 items. The full toolkit is included within those limits, and you only upgrade when you need more capacity or a lower platform fee.

Can I sell online too?
